    Hi Amy,

    You have a beautiful way of sharing lasting words. Thank you!
    I used to be one of your students in Bird Rock. I was the guy who had asthma. But also skin problems because of my eye disease that I have which you didn’t know. I have been practicing Anusara which works well with my health challenges. I ran into your website after Manel left from Akasha. For me, love has been the answer in not giving up on my health. Love has lead me to yoga, and I will always be thankful to all who have shared their caring hearts in helping me connect to the beauty we all have in our hearts. Thank you for shinning your light.
