chocolate ~
my favorite chocolate bar

1/2 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbs chopped almonds

2 tbs raisins
set the jar of coconut oil in a bowl of warm water until it becomes liquid. mix together liquified coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup in bowl with a fork until completely blended. stir in almonds and raisins. pour onto plastic-lined cookie sheet and set in freezer until solid. store in freezer.
