colton harris-moore

along with thousands of other optimistic folks, i was hoping and praying for a lifetime of freedom for the legendary barefoot bandit in the weeks leading up to his capture one year ago yesterday. colton harris-moore, the young boy who ran from his abusive home three years ago in search of peace, temporarily attained survival through actions that are now being considered a crime. you can read more about his story on a past blog here, and find the latest update here.

my heart still goes out to the brave soul who continues to seek out freedom in every form, as well as all children who have gone through any unnecessary suffering.

keep me away from the wisdom which does not cry, the philosophy which does not laugh and the greatness which does not bow before children.
